One of the greatest takeaways from The Lab mastermind yesterday seems to be on the topic of attracting, developing, and retaining Intrapreneurs.
And for good reason… Intrapreneurs eliminate the bullsh*t and help create massive profits!
And of course, every Entrepreneur wants a team full of Intrapreneurs. Intrapreneurs allow Entrepreneurs to own a business rather than have a job.
So why then don’t you have more Intrapreneurs working in your business? Intrapreneurs aren’t unicorns or few and far between. However, developing your team to be high-performing intrapreneurs is both an Art and a Science… something most entrepreneurs haven’t figured out and pay the consequences for every day.
It’s something I’ve figured.

P.S. If you don’t have Intrapreneurs, you’ve got Employees. And Employees can be much more of a Liability in your business, rather than an Asset. You DO NOT want Liabilities, and if you’ve got them, deal with them!!
