If you read my Monday Mindset email today, you know that I was fortunate enough to find a unicorn for an Executive Assistant and she started today.
I want to formally introduce all of you to Bridgette Hosick, my badass EA who is going to help take Ignition Year Coaching to an entirely new level.
Before I get into how Bridgette is going to help provide more value to you as a Coaching Client, here is a little bit about what she brings to the table…
Bridgette is an international master trainer with Suples Ltd. Her area of expertise is building mental toughness in leaders and professional athletes who compete on the world stages.
For the past 8 years, Bridgette traveled the world working with and training Olympic athletes (several of them Gold medalists), UFC fighters, and other high-performance athletes.
I feel so fortunate to have her and I can’t wait for you all to meet her!
Bridgette is going to be reaching out to you this week to introduce herself and to gather a few details I’ve asked her to get, so we can send you a little gift for being an awesome Ignition Year Coaching Client!
Moving forward, Bridgette will be reaching out to you prior to our Coaching Calls so that she can gather the Issues and/or Opportunities for our IDS list. This is going to help us get more done on our calls and to hit the ground running faster.
